1904

Germany points out to England the advantages of joining the Russo-German alliance.

Austria-Hungary - all by themselves?

France is too far away to help Austria-Hungary. England is even farther.

SPRING 1904

Italy succussfully stops a French incursion in both the Western Med and Piedmont. Austria-Hungary invades Bulgaria destroying a Russian fleet while Turkey moves their forces West. Russia forces the British expeditionary force from Livonia back to English controlled St Petersburg. Germany, France and England continue their dance around Kiel.

Germany is quite happy with his Russian alliance and their strategy.

Austira-Hungary watches on as England contemplates a move. France is not impressed.

Deep negotiations. A foreign observer watches on with Austria-Hungary.

Secret communications.

Another foreign observer is amused with the diplomacy of nations at war.

Russia demonstrates what happens when you duke it out with the Motherland. Has England joined forces with Germany?

A third foreign observer looks on quizzically at Italian strategy.

The crowd gathers in the final moments of negotiation. Peace is no longer an option.

FALL 1904

Great Britain shores up their forces in Scandinavia. Germany withstands another assault from French forces. Italy also repels French fleets in the south. Surprising turn of events as Turkey and Russia work together to attack Austria-Hungary; a miscommunication in orders keeps Austrian-Hungary fleet Greece alive another year, but it does look grim.
