Time has been wound back, and Europe is once again on the brink of war. The nations are the same, but the leaders are different.

FRANCE: President Felix
ITALY: King James
GERMANY: Kaiser Jasmik
AUSTRIA-HUNGRY: Empress Vivian
RUSSIA: Czarina Carli and Czar Paul

I like the sound of Queen Desiree hahahaha.
Right on.
One warning: The German fleet in Berlin should actually be in Kiel. We'll fix this at the table next week, I'd imagine.
Uh-oh! One more thing:
Austria's position is incorrect on this map as well. There should be an army in Vienna, not in Serbia. (Serbia starts out as a neutral Supply Centre, although I would advise any Empress worth her beans to annex the place as quickly as possible.)
GM - the map has been fixed. 1901 shall be interesting . . .
